In this section, the place of review and development to ensure a whole organisation approach is described.
In the review process, several factors should be included. Not only learner achievement and their destinations, but also the value added from an investigation of the distance travelled by learners, especially those aged between 16 and 19, should be gathered, analysed and recorded. Non-accredited learning and its achievements should also be taken into account, using RARPA as part of an underlying QA process. Staff individual records allow the quality and progression of all aspects of teaching to be included.
