If you would like to form a discussion group about a particular issue, idea or topic, you can create your own User Community, which allows you to make the forum invite-only if you’d prefer to keep the conversation for a selected group of users. Everybody is free to read your conversation, though, and if someone is interested in joining they can ask to be added to the list of Community members.
